  We always use Borst for our repair needs. The staff is so helpful and keeps you up to date on the progress of the repairs. My car is older and sometimes hard to find parts but they always make it happen. My car was in much worse shape than I realized when I took it in and with it being Christmas I had no way to pay for it. They worked with me and gave me financing options that made it possible for the car to be back to me in a couple of days. The mechanics there are thorough and excellent

  Matt Benjamin and his team did a fantastic job analyzing a clunking sound I heard when going over speed bumps. They rapidly repaired the broken suspension struts and had me back on the road in minimum time at a very fair price. The entire experience from analysis, to a text / email with details of the repair, to the customer service were second to none! Professional and courteous from beginning to end.   My family's been coming to Borst Automotive for years and years, and we've always been satisfied with their service. We've tried several car shops around the city, and most of them tack on unnecessary fees and work. Borst is very straight and to the point, and they give you detailed overviews on what your car needs, what's in good condition, and what to look out for in the future. Even though we live far from the shop, Borst's still our go-to for any car repairs. Here's a little recent story that really boosted my respect for Borst; my mom is a full time nurse and the pandemic's been really hard on her, so she had been looking forward to going on a vacation for months. When the AC and windows went out in her car, we took it to Borst as soon as we could. It turned out that there was a misunderstanding and there wasn't enough time to fix the A/C before we had to leave, and since we would have to drive for six hours in the heat, my family and I were really worried that she wouldn't be able to get the vacation she desperately needed. Borst loaned us a car for the journey with no fees, and even gave us a complimentary car wash and detailing as an apology for the mix-up! Even in the rare cases when mistakes do happen, the people at Borst make sure that the customer is happy with the service and never inconvenienced.

  Borst was 100% professional. Usually when I go in for an oil change, other companies try to upset you on stuff you don't need. Borst didn't do that at all. Everyone was super friendly, funny, and just felt like family on our first time there. They have cookies, popcorn and drinks also!

  Great service!! Needed to tune up the Trooper for another year of driving in the desert. Got a printout of the service that was required , talked it over with my daughter( who is the owner of the car.) .Then i set an appointment and wha-la , the trooper was ready for the battle field!
