Mike at Borst was amazing! We had AAA come out to change out the battery as the car had not been driven in over a year… AAA said I needed... Read More an alternator which they could not provide and recommended Borst.. Borst was short staffed missing 3 team members and he fit me in anyway… only took 1 day. They performed a diagnostic, I did not need an alternator. Mike communicated with me multiple times throughout the process… I got a free oil change, they washed my car, picked me up the next morning and pricing was above and beyond fair especially considering the amazing customer service I received from Mike! Super friendly and amazingly considerate of the urgency to get my car fixed before I moved. THANK YOU THANK YOU Mike!!!!

Hear me out. These guys took care of me when other mechanic shops simply said "eh it's too complex, we ain't doing it.". They even provided a loaner and did... Read More a fantastic job on my car. I have an older (2002 Lincoln LS) with low miles.... come to find out the cooling system is obsolete and parts to replace it are unavailable. First visit to Borst, they refurbished my parts and made it work. 5 months later it gave out (not their fault), second visit to Borst, they helped me upgrade to a better cooling system and only charged me a considerably low price. They took their time and the car now runs great. I will forever be a loyal customer. Other shops should learn from Borst on how to treat their customers.

Read More My car needed more than what I originally took it in for (although, I suspected it needed the extra work); they offered me choices to best address the extra issues & offered a courtesy ride to my work for convenience. Read More for an oil chance and an AC checkup. They let us know about other issues with our vehicle, but there was no pressure to get them fixed right then. We received a list of services we need to do and plan to use Borst again in the future.
