What a refreshing & pleasant experience. The men in the office were kind, funny, & behaved gentlemanly. They clearly explained what was needed without treating me like I couldn't understand.... Read More My car needed more than what I originally took it in for (although, I suspected it needed the extra work); they offered me choices to best address the extra issues & offered a courtesy ride to my work for convenience. All for a very reasonable price. Thank you guys for showing that true "customer service" still exists!

Read More quality parts, and their integrity and honesty are more than worth it. They got their whole shop in on a diagnosis of a road noise sound. Outstanding, AND it was an advertised FREE diagnosis.And don't forget their 3 year warranty on their work! These folks are NOT shady shade tree mechanics.!!! Worth every penny! Update from April 10 diagnosis day. Today is May 6th, with vehicle dropped off for repair of the diagnosed problem. Borst was spot on. Replacing the front wheel bearings made the problem go away. AND cost me less than their original estimate! So now I have Borst to blame for nothing to fret about. I'll get over it.😏

I tried Borst Automotive because of a flyer I received in the mail. I made an appointment online (easy to do), I dropped off my car the afternoon... Read More before and found out that I scheduled for the wrong location. Despite my mistake, they were able to fit me in the schedule so all was good. I received a very detailed inspection by text link. I then received a phone call where I discussed with the representative (Luis) what items I wanted performed. No pressure to do any other work, though I was cautioned that those items should be attended to in the near future. Again no pressure, just friendly advice. They called a few hours later and let me know my car work was complete. I picked up the car, paid my bill (a fair price for the service performed). Included with my bill was an estimate cost sheet of the other recommended work. No pressure to schedule it right away but did inform me of how much I need to save up to have the complete work done. I have no hesitations about bringing my car(s) back here again. I was very pleased with the service and how knowledgeable and professional Luis was with me both in person and the phone. I am glad I received the flyer in the mail and tried them out. Borst Automotive is definitely a place to try out if you’re looking for an automotive service company. Peace, Jeff Ramos
